Establishes the Division of Tourism Supplemental Revenue Fund in Missouri.

The bill creates a new fund in Missouri's state treasury called the Division of Tourism Supplemental Revenue Fund. The fund will consist of moneys appropriated by the general assembly and any gifts, contributions, grants, or bequests received from federal, private, or other sources. The state treasurer will administer the fund, investing its moneys in the same manner as other funds. Any interest and moneys earned on investments will be credited to the fund.
