Missouri HB1665 prohibits homeowners' associations, condominium owners' associations, property owners' associations, master associations, or any similar entities from restricting the rights of concealed carry permit holders. This includes prohibiting permit holders from carrying concealed firearms in vehicles on the premises unless the firearm is removed or brandished. The bill also allows government units to restrict concealed carry in certain areas, which must be clearly marked. Violators may face fines and permit suspension.
