Mississippi Senate Bill 3393 restores the right of suffrage to Vedo Kyles of Yazoo County, Mississippi. Kyles was previously disqualified as an elector due to convictions for possession of stolen goods and attempted armed robbery. He served his sentences and was released on parole in 1997, and discharged in 2000. The bill states that Kyles has since conducted himself as a law-abiding and honorable citizen. This act takes effect upon passage.
