An Act To Amend Chapter 920, Local And Private Laws Of 1988, As Last Amended By Chapter 903, Local And Private Laws Of 2007, To Restore The Special Sales Tax Within The City Of Tupelo For Providing Certain Funding For The Northeast Mississippi Regional Water Supply District To Service Debt And Pay The Cost Of Facilities Necessary To Serve Its Municipal, Residential, Commercial And Industrial Customers, Including, But Not Limited To, The Wellspring Project; And For Related Purposes.
