Authorizes issuance of state bonds to fund repairs, renovations, and upgrades at Alcorn State University campuses.

The bill authorizes the issuance of state general obligation bonds to fund costs associated with repair, renovation, and upgrades to buildings, facilities, and infrastructure at Alcorn State University's Lorman, Vicksburg, and Natchez campuses. The proceeds from the bond sales will be deposited into a special fund, the "2026 Alcorn State University Improvements Fund," and disbursed to pay for these projects. The State Bond Commission will manage the issuance and sale of the bonds, which will mature within 25 years. The full faith and credit of the state is pledged for the payment of the bonds.
