The bill authorizes the issuance of state general obligation bonds to provide funds to assist the Town of Anguilla, Mississippi, in paying the costs associated with specific improvement projects. These projects include the purchase and installation of new signs and lights on Main Street, the renovation of the town basketball court, and the purchase and installation of an outdoor flagpole and United States flag. The total amount of bonds issued under this act shall not exceed One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00) and no bonds shall be issued after July 1, 2030.
