Authorizes issuance of state bonds for repair and renovation of Oakes African American Cultural Center.

This bill authorizes the issuance of general obligation bonds by the State of Mississippi to fund the repair and renovation of the Oakes African American Cultural Center in Yazoo City. The bonds, not exceeding $500,000, will mature within 25 years and will be exempt from state taxes. The proceeds will be deposited into a special fund, the "2026 Oakes African American Cultural Center Repair and Renovation Fund," and will be used exclusively for the project's costs. The State Bond Commission will manage the issuance and sale of the bonds.
