An Act To Repeal Section 9-21-45, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Authorizes The Judicial System Operation Fund; To Amend Sections 9-9-11, 25-7-3, 25-7-9, 25-7-13, 27-19-56.534 And 99-19-72, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Delete The Reference To The Judicial System Operation Fund And Reference The State General Fund In Lieu Thereof; To Amend Section 25-3-35, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Conform; To Bring Forward Sections 9-1-36, 9-9-13 And 25-9-115, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Relate To Judicial Funding, For Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
