Mississippi SB2868 provides an income tax credit for employers offering Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRA) to employees instead of traditional employer-provided health insurance plans. Employers with fewer than 50 employees can claim a credit of up to $400 per covered employee for the first taxable year and up to $200 per employee for the second year. The total credit claimed annually cannot exceed $10 million.
