Expands free facility access for certain organizations to include additional Mississippi venues.
The bill amends Section 69-5-114 of the Mississippi Code to allow members of the Future Farmers of America, the 4-H Club, the Junior Livestock Association, the Mississippi Cattlemen's Association, and the United States Pony Club, Inc. to use certain Mississippi facilities for up to three events per year at no charge. These facilities include the Mississippi Trade Mart, Mississippi Coliseum, Kirk Fordice Equine Center, Mississippi State Fairgrounds, and related livestock and equine barns, stalls, and other facilities. The bill is set to take effect on July 1, 2026.
