The bill also allows pharmacists to delegate certain administrative and technical tasks to interns or pharmacy technicians under supervision. Pharmacists can prohibit the denial of reimbursement for services within their scope of practice that would be covered if performed by a physician, advanced practice registered nurse, or physician assistant.
