Directs the Office of Healthy Schools to create a salary schedule for school nurses based on education and experience.

The bill amends the Mississippi Code to direct the Office of Healthy Schools of the State Department of Education to develop a salary schedule for school nurses based on their education and experience. This schedule will serve as the minimum salary amounts paid to school nurses, which all school districts must use when employing them. The Office of Healthy Schools will also be responsible for coordinating the employment of school nurses, developing criteria to measure their effectiveness, and communicating to superintendents and principals how to maximize the effectiveness of a public school.
