Expands eligibility for child care services under the Mississippi Child Care Payment Program (CCPP).

The bill directs the Mississippi Department of Human Services to amend the Mississippi Child Care Development Fund (CCDF) Plan to include additional eligibility criteria for the Child Care Payment Program (CCPP).
