Mississippi SB2392 mandates that businesses offering subscription services with automatic renewals longer than one month must provide consumers with an acknowledgment of the renewal terms, cancellation policy, and cancellation instructions. This acknowledgment must be provided more than 30 days before the renewal date, through the consumer's preferred communication method. Businesses must also notify consumers, through the agreed-upon method, between 7 and 21 days before the renewal date.
