Mississippi SB2072 amends the Mississippi Code to change the deadline for issuing procurement cards or digital solutions to teachers and support personnel from August to July 15 for purchasing instructional supplies using Education Enhancement Funds. The Office of Purchasing, Travel and Fleet Management will issue these credentials or cards by July of each year. The cards will expire at the end of each school year but not before April.
