Mississippi SB2053 mandates that the Secretary of State mail postcards to all registered voters with their designated polling place information at least thirty days before any general, primary, or special election. If a polling place location is changed less than thirty days before an election, the Secretary of State must send out updated postcards as soon as possible via certified mail. Local governments must provide updated polling place information to the Secretary of State.
