Mississippi SB2023 amends the Mississippi Code to allow county law library funds to be used for electronic and technological purposes, including computers, hardware, software, internet, online subscription services, legal research tools, and electronic records. The bill also permits the use of these funds for installing, repairing, and improving audio systems, video systems, digital communications, recording of court proceedings, evidence display, and technical infrastructure in any chancery and/or circuit courtroom in the county.
