Increases office allowance for circuit and chancery judges in Mississippi.

The bill also establishes a support staff fund managed by the Administrative Office of Courts, allowing judges to employ support staff like law clerks and secretaries. Judges without a primary office provided by the county on March 1, 1988, receive an additional $7,000 per annum. The Supreme Court has the authority to adopt rules regarding the administration of these allowances.
