Mississippi HR19 amends House rules to require each committee's agenda to be published 24 hours before the meeting. This rule applies to standing committee meetings and mandates that the agenda include the committee name, meeting date and time, and short titles of bills to be discussed. Exceptions include the Rules Committee, Management Committee, joint or subcommittee meetings, and hearings without bill adoption. The agenda must be published on the official website of the Mississippi House of Representatives and cannot be altered once published.
