Mississippi HB96 would allow the State Department of Health to issue up to five certificates of need to the recipients of the five new hospice licenses issued under Section 41-85-7(3), for those hospice licensees to provide home health services to certain patients. This bill amends Section 41-7-191 of the Mississippi Code of 1972.
