Establishes the Child Care for Working Families Study Committee to examine federal and state funds for child care assistance.

The Child Care for Working Families Study Committee is created to identify and examine federal revenue and state funds for child care assistance. The committee will study the total amount of federal revenue and state funds spent on federal matching or maintenance of effort requirements that can be allocated to the Child Care Payment Program. The committee will also analyze the economic impact of increasing access to affordable child care for working parents and recommend strategies to increase the number of children and families receiving assistance.
