Mississippi House Bill 924 authorizes the issuance of state general obligation bonds to fund preplanning for repair, renovation, and upgrades to the Walter Washington Administration and Classroom Building at Alcorn State University. The bonds, up to $500,000, will be issued by the State Bond Commission and used to establish a special fund for these purposes. Investment earnings on the fund will cover debt service on the bonds.
