Authorizes issuance of state bonds to fund construction of a STEAM Outreach Center at Alcorn State University.

This bill authorizes the issuance of state general obligation bonds to fund the construction, furnishing, and equipping of a Science, Technology, Engineering, Agriculture, and Math (STEAM) Outreach Center at Alcorn State University. The bonds, not exceeding $11,917,500, will be exempt from all state taxation. The proceeds will be deposited into a special fund, the "2026 Alcorn State University STEAM Outreach Center Fund," and disbursed to cover project costs. The State Treasurer will certify the necessity for bond issuance to the Department of Finance and Administration.
