Mississippi HB870, known as the Boyd Mason Act, amends the state's sales tax laws to exempt from taxation sales of tangible personal property or services to veterans who have been honorably discharged from the U.S. Armed Forces or the Mississippi National Guard and have been certified by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs as having a 100% permanent service-connected disability.
