Mississippi HB802 allocates $10.6 million from the State General Fund to the Board of Supervisors of Humphreys County to assist with cost-sharing needs for recovery projects following the 2023 tornado. The funds will support debris removal, road repairs, equipment replacement, construction of a new county barn and fire station, housing restoration, 911 interoperability upgrades, and a community development center. The appropriation is effective from July 1, 2026, for fiscal year 2027.
