Mississippi HB76 would authorize the Mississippi Lottery Corporation Board of Directors to allow video lottery terminals with specific restrictions. Terminals may only accept One Cent (1¢) or equivalent value per play of a game, pay out up to Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($750.00) or equivalent value per play of a game, and be authorized in truck stops. A maximum of five (5) truck stops per terminal is allowed.
