Extends the eligibility period for partial ad valorem tax exemption for certain renewable energy projects in Mississippi.

The bill extends the period for certain renewable energy projects to begin construction and still qualify for a partial ad valorem tax exemption. It also extends the time period for county boards of supervisors and municipal governing authorities to authorize a partial ad valorem tax exemption for these projects. The bill amends the Mississippi Code to allow projects to start construction as late as December 31, 2030, to qualify for the exemption.
