Mississippi HB691 provides that residents of the state who are 65 years of age or older will not be required to pay any fee or charge for entry or for fishing at any state park or wildlife management area. This bill amends Section 55-3-33 of the Mississippi Code of 1972 to conform to this provision. The changes will take effect from July 1, 2026.
