Mississippi HB673 proposes to allocate sales tax revenue to the Pearl River Valley Water Supply District.

Mississippi HB673 amends the state's sales tax distribution to allocate 25.9% of the total sales tax revenue collected on business activities within a county that is part of the Pearl River Valley Water Supply District on property owned by the district and outside of the corporate limits of municipalities in such county. This allocation is to be made monthly, starting from September 15, 2025, and each succeeding month thereafter.
