Increases the number of package retailer's permits a person may own from one to two.
This bill amends Mississippi Code to increase the number of package retailer's permits that a person may own from one to two, under certain conditions. A person may own a second permit if it is issued for a premises located in a municipality with a population of at least 35,000 according to the most recent federal census and is different from the municipality for which the original permit is issued.
