Mississippi House Bill 603 authorizes the issuance of state general obligation bonds to assist the City of Holly Springs with costs related to construction, reconstruction, repair, and upgrades of Mississippi Highway 178 and related infrastructure. The bonds, totaling up to Three Million Dollars ($3,000,000.00), are to be issued by the State Bond Commission and cannot be issued after July 1, 2030. The proceeds from the bond sales will be deposited into the "2026 City of Holly Springs Mississippi Highway 178 Improvements Fund" within the State Treasury.
