The bill authorizes the issuance of state general obligation bonds to provide funds to assist the City of Holly Springs, Mississippi, in paying costs associated with the construction, furnishing, and equipping of a wellness and aquatics center and related facilities. The bonds, which can total up to Four Million Dollars ($4,000,000.00), will be issued by the State Bond Commission and proceeds will be deposited into a special fund, the "2026 City of Holly Springs Wellness and Aquatics Center Construction Fund."
