Mississippi HB566 amends Section 17-25-19 of the Mississippi Code of 1972 to prohibit the board of supervisors of any county or the governing authority of any municipality from enacting or enforcing ordinances that authorize the use of automated recording equipment to enforce compliance with automobile insurance requirements. The bill also prohibits the use of such equipment to enforce traffic signals, traffic speeds, or other traffic laws.
