Mississippi Development Authority can sell certain real property below market value.

Mississippi House Bill 522 allows the Mississippi Development Authority to sell specific real property in Lowndes County and Columbus for less than fair market value. Proceeds from these sales will be deposited into the Mississippi Existing Industry Productivity Loan Program Bond Sinking Fund. The bill also permits the Authority to correct any discrepancies in the legal description of the property.
