Mississippi HB506 allocates $10 million from the State General Fund to the Scenic Rivers Development Alliance for fiscal year 2027. The funds will support projects in Franklin, Walthall, Pike, Amite, and Wilkinson Counties, including site development, equipment acquisition, parking, road, building, river/lake access, erosion control, utility, trail improvements, and other facility upgrades. The act takes effect July 1, 2026.
