Mississippi HB435 amends Section 63-1-35 of the Mississippi Code of 1972 to mandate that the Commissioner of Public Safety issue a new, renewal, or duplicate driver's license, temporary driving permit, or commercial driver's license to any licensee or permittee who is also properly licensed to carry a concealed firearm. The license or permit must indicate the type of firearm endorsement the licensee or permittee possesses. This applies to licenses issued after July 1, 2026.
