Authorizes issuance of state bonds to fund North Lamar Boulevard Corridor improvements in Oxford, Mississippi.

Mississippi House Bill 4091 authorizes the issuance of state general obligation bonds up to $12,000,000 to fund the North Lamar Boulevard Corridor Improvements Project in Oxford, Mississippi. The bonds, which mature no later than July 1, 2030, are exempt from state taxation. The proceeds from the bond sales will be deposited into a special fund, the "2026 City of Oxford North Lamar Boulevard Corridor Improvements Project Fund," and disbursed to the city of Oxford to cover project costs. The State Bond Commission will manage the bond issuance, sale, and disbursement of funds.
