Authorizes the issuance of state bonds to help Greenwood, Mississippi, acquire essential vehicles and reduce existing debt for vehicle acquisition.

This bill authorizes the issuance of state general obligation bonds to provide funds for the City of Greenwood, Mississippi, to acquire essential municipal vehicles and retire or reduce existing long-term debt obligations for vehicle acquisition. The proceeds will be used for patrol and supervisory vehicles for the Police Department, fire engines and support vehicles for the Fire Department, dump trucks and utility/service vehicles for the Public Works Department, and vacuum trucks and maintenance vehicles for the Wastewater Treatment Division.
