Authorizes issuance of state bonds to fund equipment and facility improvements for Winston County fire departments.

This bill authorizes the issuance of state general obligation bonds to provide funds to Winston County, Mississippi, to assist volunteer and municipal fire departments with purchasing equipment and making facility improvements. The funds will be distributed equally among the Betheden Volunteer Fire Department, East Winston Volunteer Fire Department, Highpoint Volunteer Fire Department, and Louisville Fire Department. The proceeds from the bonds will be deposited into a special fund, the "2026 Winston County Fire Departments Fund," and disbursed to cover project costs.
