Mississippi House Bill 295 authorizes the issuance of state general obligation bonds to provide funds for the City of Jackson to cover costs related to the repair, renovation, and upgrades of various senior centers, community centers, and gymnasiums. The proceeds from these bonds will be used exclusively for these projects. The total amount of bonds issued under this act shall not exceed Four Million Dollars ($4,000,000.00) and no bonds shall be issued after July 1, 2030.
