Establishes the Mississippi Anti-Hunger and Anti-Food Insecurity Task Force to study and address food insecurity in Mississippi.

The Mississippi Anti-Hunger and Anti-Food Insecurity Task Force is created to study hunger and food insecurity in Mississippi, focusing on rural and underserved communities. The task force will assess federal nutrition programs, conduct public listening sessions, and develop long-term strategies to reduce food insecurity. It will also promote coordination among state agencies, nonprofits, and the private sector. The task force will submit two reports to the Legislature, one by January 1, 2027, and another by January 1, 2028. The task force will dissolve after the final report.
