Expands Medicaid eligibility under the Affordable Care Act for certain low-income individuals.

The bill amends Medicaid eligibility to include individuals under 65 years of age with incomes up to 133% of the federal poverty level, pregnant women and infants with incomes up to 185% of the federal poverty level, and certain disabled children. It also includes provisions for individuals losing eligibility due to increased income or employment, end-stage renal disease patients, cancer patients, and organ transplant recipients. The eligibility of these individuals will be determined by the Division of Medicaid.
