Authorizes issuance of state bonds to fund fencing and lighting improvements in Bruce, Mississippi.

Mississippi House Bill 1963 authorizes the issuance of state general obligation bonds to fund fencing improvements at the town park and the old National Guard Armory, as well as lighting for soccer fields in Bruce, Mississippi. The proceeds from the bond sales will be deposited into the "2026 Town of Bruce Fencing and Lighting Fund" within the State Treasury. The total amount of bonds issued under this act is capped at $75,000, with no bonds to be issued after July 1, 2030. The full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi is pledged for the payment of these bonds.
