Mississippi HB1811 amends Chapter 903, Local and Private Laws of 2021, to extend the repeal date from July 1, 2026, to July 1, 2036, for a provision allowing the Board of Supervisors of Noxubee County to levy assessments. These assessments, up to $50 for convictions or nonadjudications under the Mississippi Implied Consent Law and up to $25 for misdemeanor convictions, nonadjudications, and civil cases, are placed in the "Noxubee County Capital Improvements Fund" to fund county capital improvements.
