Mississippi House Bill 1806 authorizes the issuance of state general obligation bonds to fund road improvements in Marion, Mississippi. The bonds will finance construction, reconstruction, development, upgrades, and other improvements at and near the intersection of Dale Drive and NE Industrial Park Drive. The State Bond Commission will oversee the sale and issuance of the bonds, which will mature within 25 years. The proceeds will be deposited into a special fund, the "2026 Town of Marion Road Fund," to cover project costs.
