It repeals the Corrections and Criminal Justice Task Force. The Overview Task Force will analyze data on inmate deaths, suicides, and complaints, and assess the effectiveness of case manager plans. The Task Force will submit annual reports to the Legislature, Governor, and Chief Justice.
