Establishes the Maternal and Family Transportation Program to provide transportation services for pregnant women, postpartum mothers, and families.

The Maternal and Family Transportation Equity Act of 2026 creates a program to reduce transportation barriers for pregnant women, postpartum mothers, and families with young children. The State Department of Health will administer the program, which will provide transportation to medical appointments, WIC services, pharmacies, grocery stores, and child care centers. Services will be available statewide, with priority for rural and medically underserved counties, and will not be denied based on income, insurance coverage, or immigration status.
