Mississippi HB1660 exempts reports, surveys, schedules, lists, and data collected for safety enhancement of potential accident sites, hazardous roadway conditions, or railway highway crossings from disclosure under the Mississippi Public Records Act of 1983. This exemption applies if the information is used for identifying, evaluating, or planning safety enhancements, or for developing highway safety construction projects funded by federal aid. The act takes effect from July 1, 2026.
