An Act To Amend Section 47-7-3, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Revise Parole Eligibility For Offenders Convicted Of Certain Drug Trafficking; To Provide That If An Offender Whose Petition For Parole Eligibility Has Been Denied By The Circuit Court, Then Such Offender Must Wait Two Years Before Filing A Successive Petition; To Remove The Repealer On This Section; And For Related Purposes.
