Authorizes Starkville-Oktibbeha School District and MSU to collaborate on jointly used primary and secondary education facilities.

The bill allows the Starkville-Oktibbeha Consolidated School District and Mississippi State University to enter into agreements for collaborating on the construction, maintenance, or operation of jointly used primary and secondary education facilities. These facilities can be located on the MSU campus or within the school district. The bill also permits the transfer of funds between the two entities for these purposes, subject to mutual agreement on terms and conditions. The act will take effect from July 1, 2026.
